Shipping Terms for purchases made online from www.pacs.com.my

Shipping Address
We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase made from www.pacs.com.my website.

Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We will not ship out if address provided is incomplete(e.g. House number not put in, lot number not put in).

We will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us. All re-delivery of goods to you will be charged for a associated shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

Shipping Hub:
Orders made from www.pacs.com.my will be shipped out from our warehouse located in Batang Kali, Selangor.

Processing Lead Time:
For items that are readily in stock, we will process and ship it out within 2-3 working days.

Shipping charges:
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated when you place your order and shown during checkout page. Shipping charges is calculated by the total weight in kg.

Delivery partner:
We engage courier delivery partners such as GDEX within Peninsula Malaysia.

Change of address:
Change In Shipping Address If you have any request for change of shipping address, please email us at esales@pacs.com.my within 12 hours upon your order submission. If request of change in shipping address is made after 24 hours upon order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges or re-direction of shipping address.

Shipping Lead Time:
Shipping Time It typically takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. Working days does not include Public Holidays or local State holidays if any.

The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm weekdays by our selected courier service provided.

Tracking number:
Tracking Number will be updated and auto emailed to customers once goods leave our warehouse and picked up by our shipping partner. The tracking ID for the package will be communicated to you via email.
