Eco-Friendly Facility, For A Greener Future
Our sewing facility sister company, Prudential Ampri (Thailand) Co., LTD (PAT) commenced in January 2011. The 1,800 square meters, no- pillars designed sewing factory was built on the 17,600 square meters piece of land, located in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand.
PAT products serve in variety of markets including hard disk manufacturer, semiconductor and electronic assembly, food processing, pharmaceutical, hospital, and automobiles.
Products made from our factory are sold worldwide and have been acknowledged by customers for the high quality workmanship and materials used.
PAT have been awarded The Prime Minister’s award for the best exporter category for the year 2021.
With modern state of the art garment manufacturing facility, we are able to produce high quality cleanroom garments & booties, and we have started manufacturing high performance medical srubs with COOLMAX fabric for professional use such as dentist, doctors, healthcare workers.
Various choices of fabric are available to suit every type of users from the basic up to the most critical requirement in the cleanroom and healthcare industry.
Finished goods are inspected to ensure quality is always up to par and proper packing utilities are used before being exported out to customers all over the globe.

PACS is certified worldwide for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). Our company-wide Quality Management System is designed to encompass all PACS business units and processes. We define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against which our teams can measure quality and business performance, and we also assess quality using such methods as customer surveys, management reviews, internal audits. We continually monitor our Quality Management System and work to enhance its effectiveness and support for our business activities.
PACS current Cleanroom Laundry Facility is operating in compliance with:

- NEBB – National Environment Balancing Bureau Procedural Standards for Certified Testing of Cleanrooms
- ISO 14644 – Classification of Air Cleanliness by Particle Concentration
- ISO 14698-1:2003 – Guidance on Validating Laundering Processes
Our facility does not use direct city water but instead uses purified RO water which is free of impurities or foreign contaminants. The RO water resistivity is constantly monitored to ensure a high standard of 15-18 MΩ-cm.
Water is then filtered through multiple filter till the finest filter level of 0.1 micron. As an added assurance, we utilize a UV disinfection unit which is capable of destroying up to 99.99% of waterborne microorganisms without the need of adding chemicals.
The purified water is then supplied into our cleanrooms for laundry usage.
High quality and industry standard equipment is used for ESD Testing for a more accurate result.
As our country is blessed with a constant rate of sunshine, we decided to utilize this renewable energy and have since fixed solar panels onto our facility roof. In return, our facility is running partially on our own generated solar power and helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
Waste water are not directly released into the environment. We take a responsible approach in filtering and neutralizing the water before being released into specially allocated waste treatment line. Output are monitored and checked on regular basis as well as being reported on a monthly basis to ensure compliance.
Our systematic warehousing racking and system ensures our stocks are being kept in an orderly manner which means we are able to fulfil customers orders quickly. Our safety procedures also ensures goods are stored accordingly and prevents stocks from being damaged.
